Nikita Kissoon is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at PROVEN Bank with 18 years of experience in the financial services and banking industry. She is responsible for driving business performance to maximize profitability and increase efficiencies to position the business for success, driving the organization’s operational transformation into the future while providing a superior customer experience.
Prior to her current role, she served as CFO at PROVEN Bank for 18 months, and before joining PROVEN Bank she was the Financial Controller at Republic Bank (Cayman) Limited where she was responsible for all financial, treasury, and regulatory matters. In addition to her roles at Republic Bank, Nikita is also a former Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she garnered extensive auditing experience across many industries in the Americas and Caribbean. Nikita is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). With an impressive track record, Nikita brings a wealth of financial knowledge and experience to the organization.
